This half-day online retreat offers a complete introduction to mindfulness: not as a theory, but as a living, breathing practice. Whether you're completely new or looking to refresh your meditation practice, this retreat will help you build a strong foundation in presence and awareness — tools you can carry into every part of your life.
The retreat format includes alternate periods of silent sitting and guided meditation practice, chanting, journaling, and dharma talks. Please note that there is no live interaction with the teachers during the learning modules, but teachers will be available to answer questions and receive feedback immediately afterwards.
